MAD KITCHEN acts as a design and procurement advisor. We assume no civil or financial liability for structural, plumbing, or electrical failures arising from faulty execution by independent third-party local contractor teams.

4. Jurisdiction and Legal Venue

Any disputes, arbitration, or statutory enforcement actions arising from these stipulations are governed exclusively by the laws of India and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
